The best way is to maintain your own car regularly to the point that you'd notice anything different, even under the car.Check under the dash near where the OBD-II port most likely is and see if there's a plastic box that looks like it wasn't factory equipment. Make sure there's nothing plugged into the OBD port.Otherwise, good luck tearing apart the entire car looking for an airtag and finding nothing. Don't give in to paranoia.
