Now need $50,000 in dealer proprietary software talking to EV company servers through EV company encrypted channels, a manufacturer login, a live handshake, a monthly subscription, and a dealer appointment just to ask a machine sitting in your driveway what is wrong with it.
>>
What's the implication here? You'd rather have a car that doesn't work or even have a proper engine over an EV where you would have to go out of your way to buy from the shittest brands on the market to begin with? Why not just buy a real fucking car which has water cooling? Are you a faggot? Is that the real implication here you are trying to communicate? >Look at this gay little car that was made to be as cheap and shit as possible, arn't I just so based guys I parrot all the /o/ talking points!
>>
You're just a moron. There is nothing on current cars you can't figure out on your own, read codes for, read the manual, not subscribe to, do in your garage, 3D print or send out to machine, etc.

I love cars with 8 computers and 300 gizmos on them, it filters out the LARP retards that don't even like cars.

>"ughhh duughhhhhghhh, I loev 348 BBC in my ass111 guhhh easy !!!""

Fucking retard. Go buy a tesla.

it's so over

I am cooked, I am missing the tells here.

the taillights are off kilter
the only identifiable tool on the bench is an oil can, and it's got a weird nozzle
whatever the bike thing on the right is, the more you look at it the more fucked up it is

I'm sure parts of the engine are wrong but I'm not familiar enough with them to spot it

In order for this to be a real pic, it'd have to an immaculately scanned photo. The end result is too perfect, yet has noise. It shouldn't have any noise if it is this perfect.

But the actual tell is the thumbnail. When it is shrunk down, it is too perfect. A random 90s photo of a beetle would have considerably more noise. You can see that the full blown image has no noise, but you can really see the lack of noise in the thumbnail. That isn't normal for a real photograph.

I'm sure in two years AI will have progressed to the point where it doesn't have these tells anymore

>I'm sure in two years AI will have progressed to the point where it doesn't have these tells anymore
People will develop some way to intuitively detect it anyways, but not reliably enough to be accurate, so they'll just default to trusting nothing.

A big one is that 4chan corrupted a ton of training data by Disneyifying and Ghiblifying a lot of image data and now it just shows up in low effort slop everywhere. A large issue with AI model training is that it's starting to use AI gens to train itself on and it's causing the models to get worse if the data isn't curated to exclude AI inputs.
>>
>>29132743
Yeah eventually the only tell for AI will be some sort of ethically trained AI that can just detect the obvious and explain it to you. You cannot be expected to recognize slop of all types forever.

Distributor has no vacuum advance, albeit some bugs didn't have that, but the leads also go mostly nowhere.
It's a boxer 4, so 2 of the leads should go to the passenger side

I has 15 lighting faults reported because there was a corroded ground on a marker light. How long before AI reports all cars as good to go because it can't be bothered with inspecting them.
>>
>>29129450
Why can't it just display the fault code on the giant screen they slapped across the dash?

It's at least AI enhanced.

that scares the femoids

Pretty crazy to think these were just ordinary cars your mother would drive at some point.
>>
>>29132817
The Beetle was the equivalent of driving a Corolla today, it was the everyman's car. Even for the time they were low-end/spartan vehicles, but their ubiquity made them iconic.

Are Beetles not around anymore or is this typical zoomer retardation?

When's the last time you saw a beetle on the road? I typically see maybe one a week and its always an old guy clearly driving it because he had one in his youth. They're always in immaculate condition or highly modified.
>>
>>29132817
The ones from the 50s and 40s were utilitarian.

Anyone who owns a beetle now is an 'enthusiast' they aren't daily drivers

the steering wheel facing the rear is a pretty big one lol. the bike also makes no sense
