    https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/6182999-alaska-election-verification-stopped-peltola-probe/
Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy (R) suggested Thursday his state’s midterm election certification process may be “stopped or changed” because of its investigation into ballot-stacking allegations against Democratic Senate candidate Mary Peltola.

NewsNation’s Blake Burman asked Dunleavy about the state’s probe into Peltola, which the governor announced earlier that day, and whether it could impact how election officials plan to certify midterm winners.

“We are going to investigate it. We’re going to follow the law,” Dunleavy told Burman. “We are ready to do whatever we need to do to ensure that our elections are deemed credible.”

“If we find out there’s wrongdoing, and if that means that the certification then is stopped or changed, then that’s what happens,” the governor added later in the conversation.

Burman then pressed Dunleavy on whether he believes there’s a legitimate possibility Alaska may need to stop or change its election certification, to which the GOP governor responded, “Depending upon the outcomes of this investigation, yes.”

The New York Times reported Wednesday Peltola’s campaign recruited a man named Dan J. Sullivan to run against incumbent Sen. Dan Sullivan (R) in an effort to confuse voters. Peltola is challenging the GOP lawmaker in the Alaska Senate race.

The former congresswoman’s campaign has denied it played a role in recruiting Dan J. Sullivan.
    >>
But if Peltola’s campaign did indeed recruit Dan J. Sullivan, that action would not be against the law, Scott Kendall, an Alaska lawyer and former GOP operative, told The Hill.

“These allegations don’t make the Department of Justice’s case a better case,” Kendall said. “There’s no basis for this lawsuit.”

“It can be a nasty, dirty trick,” he added. “There can be bad motives behind it, but according to our Alaska Supreme Court, which is empowered to interpret Alaska law, it is not illegal.”

The Alaska Supreme Court ruled in late June, ahead of the state’s primaries, that Dan J. Sullivan could remain on the ballot despite a previous GOP challenge. Dunleavy said Thursday he thinks the high court may have decided differently had it known about Peltola’s alleged involvement.

“We did not want this individual on our ballot. It was the Supreme Court of Alaska that made that decision,” Dunleavy said. “I think now with this additional information … they probably would have arrived at a different conclusion.”
    >>
So... is Dunleavy going to present a new case to the Alaska Supreme Court?
No? This is all just desperate smearing four days before the election?
    Cool.

    >republicans will find anyway to cheat and rig the election in their favor
    Of course they would.

I hope he wins. The DNC has always pulled dirty tricks to win, from illegals voting to outright cheating at the polls. Now this. GOP voters are too smart to fall for such a blatant trick.
    >>
    >>1545795
Such blatant cheating that the Alaska Supreme Court, with 4/5 justices nominated by Dunleavy himself, signed off on it months ago and it's only become an issue in the last week

Joe Biden got us involved in a war in Ukraine that cost 5 times as much as the war in Iran. That was a war of choice. When Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 Obama responded with medkits and blankets. Not a couple hundred billion in weapons systems and cash.

I was talking about the difference in response between Obama's reaction to Putin invading Ukraine and Biden's reaction Putin invading Ukraine. Obamas response didn't cause gas to hit $5 a gallon. Bidens response did. As did Trumps response to Iran.
Anyways what proof do you that it was Trumps fault that Trump attacked Iran. What evidence do you have that Trump is responsible for the war?
    >>
    >>1545818
    >What evidence do you have that Trump is responsible for the war?
The fact that Trump started bombing Iran (including a school full of little girls) while US and Iranian diplomats were actively in negotiations over Iran's nuclear material

    >Anyways what proof do you that it was Trumps fault that Trump attacked Iran. What evidence do you have that Trump is responsible for the war?

They are mentally ill, as are the most ardent Democrat voters.
Since there are only thrree types of Democrat voters:
    Mentally ill lunatics
    Propagandized default Democrats
Government employee unions seeking to extract value from taxpayers.

The culture war is the only reason the Republican party has been relevant in 30 years. Which is why they single handedly keep it alive.
