I wanted to watch Netflix today, so I logged in, and this was the first thing I saw. What does this mean? How is My Little Pony considered Millennial media now? I was born in the late 90s, I was 12 when the show came out, and I watched all of it. According to Wikipedia, I'm Gen Z, a zoomer. So, what is it, then? Is MLP Gen Z or Millennial media?

Gen Z was the target audience. Netflix is retarded no surprise there.
    >>

It’s because most fans were adults or teenagers at the time, obviously. That’s still considered “growing up,” because almost all of us were/are of lower mental faculties.

They aren't cognizant, y'know? They're basically 18, which is the same as 16, which might as well be 13, which isn't all that different from 10. The maturity of a 20 year old and a 6 year old is practically the same.
    >>
    >>43648707
Gen Z is the target audience but the original adult fanbase is millenial. Maybe Netflix is just throwing bronies a bone.

    >>
    >>43649476
The issue is that the year they chose to define the generation split is retarded. It should have been like 2004 or something, not 1996. The meaningful difference is whether you lived most of your childhood before the popularization of smartphones or not, two people born in 1990 and 2000 have way more in common generationally than someone born in 1999 vs another born in 2005.

Hey zoom-zoom, I want you to remember that the millennial was the one to meme shit like MLP and Shrek to death in the late 00's and early 10's when they were going through highschool and college and spent time on the internet all day. Both would have had their fair share of popularity without online creators and memers, but the lasting impact on meme culture comes entirely from those creators during those eras who were 100% millennials.

Oh, you are a boomer? Your opinion is invalidated because you are a dinosaur that only understands about the housing bubble crisis.
You are a zoomer? You can't tell me shit because "you had it too easy" (words said by boomers) so now all the shitshow is on you, not in the previous generation.
You are a millenial/Alpha? Look at this baby dumbass trying to talk like an adult. Did AI helped you with that? Don't want to burn your brain, am I right?

I was born in 94, and to this day I believe people can have something to say, regardless of age. Is up to you if you find it helpful or useless.

It was the reason why /qa/ and /f/ were deleted, and /lit/ no longer accepts pdf files being shared just in case. Now everything has to be links only.

I wonder what the torrenting scene is like nowadays with private trackers.
I've only ever just used the pirate bay to torrent shit, but it seems to be way slower then it used to be, I had to wait a handful of hours to torrent a ~2gb or so game because out of the 6 seeders, only one guy was actively seeding to me, I did leave my qbittorent open to seed back to others for a hour or two before closing it.
I dunno, maybe this is normal, definitely not normie accessible though since most normalfags can't into
