On one hand Haman clearly has the advantage in Zeta. She makes Char ask her for help, and makes him kneel in front of Mineva at one point. On the other hand all the resources Neo Zeon has could be his if he just came out as the legitimate son of Zeon Diekun, and Haman is at a disadvantage because at the end of the day Char will always have something over her because she really is just a lovesick girl for that Red Comet dick. In my opinion it's an equal relationship because both of them are just too proud and too damaged to actually have what they both really want.
