By the time they started though, the damage was already done given these issues were brought up as early as Ryusoulger and LuPat.That kind of creative availability results in a lot of balkanization between different Toei factions similar to how there was balkanization between Toei, JAC, Asahi, and others. The fact Gavan Infinity had to be made not just for the audiences but also for the creative team to get used to something that isn't Sentai speaks volumes of how bad it was getting.
