Just finished Geats.I got to the arc everyone was warning me about and yes, Tycoon was being a dumbass. I think it would have worked better if we'd gotten the constant reality shifting taken out, and we'd just had a full DGP without Geats in it for a while, let Buffa rule the roost for that DGP. Obviously you can't just get rid of the main hero, but have him trapped inside the Goddess of Creation, and mastering his powers, so when Tycoon fucks up, Ace is there to make the world right with his new form and still save him from the mistakes Tycoon made.Regardless, it was a much better series than Saber and Revice, and I'm sad to see it go, which I hadn't been for a series since Build. I know Gotchard is considered more of a disappointment, I don't know what for (no spoilers) but I can imagine part of it was because Geats was such a big shoe to fill, even if that last arc was worse.
