Anon that's compiling the starts as writers for Kamen Rider and Super Sentai, managed to find that Shinji Ooishi was actually an Uchuusen editor that interviewed Takatera for Gingaman, he was an avid tokusatsu fan to the point he was able to win in a variety show twice in a competition about toku questions. Also Oishi and another writer known as Murakami worked as literary advisors for Kuuga where they handled a lot of the world building, according to Arakawa Oishi was involved in most scripts of the show. Guess it's because of Oishi that Kuuga and Hibiki had way deeper worldviews than the other Takatera tokusatsu.
