What's weird about him for me is that I'm Italian and yet I've never heard anyone talk about him in my language. No mention of him at school either. I've only seen people discuss him in chuddy and niche places like this one. I have read some of Beyond Good and Evil and have greatly enjoyed it. I think about and quote specific aphorisms from that book almost daily, so if I am to believe that he lives up to Nietzsche and expands on his ideas I'd definitely consider reading him. Also "Ride the Tiger" is one of the worst and cringiest book titles I can think of. It sounds like what a 2024 ChatGPT model would come up with if prompted to create the most stereotypical reactionary 20th century philosophy book title.
