This isn't a problem with fiction since you can go with the flow and not have to reread stuff but I'm reading non-fiction and whenever I try to reread a paragraph to reflect on it and analyze it again my ears just go "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

Put both hands over your ears in a way that lets you put your fingers behind your head. Place your index fingers over your middle fingers, then snap them down against the skin at the base of your skull, should make a sound like you're snapping your fingers. do this for 30 seconds with a minute or two break til the ringing stops, continue as needed. over time this start to correct tinnitus if the it is neurological and not caused by eardamage, but it will still help tinnitus caused by ear damage. my tinnitus is awful from firearms training/combat, but this helps me a ton. using a fan for activities where i need to think/focus helps too.

Stop drinking coffee and start going to the gym.
Those are the only 2 things that help.

Do like the Mormons, replace coffee with toasted barley. It take some time, but you get used to it.
Plus, you will be able to sleep whenever you want (not just take naps).

This might work? Careful though: https://audionotch.com/app/tune/

I found my frequency and listened to it, and somehow, the tinnitus disappeared. Only temporarily, sadly. Also nice tits, post more.

Maybe replace with green/black tea? L-theanine with caffeine generally calms the stress and jitteriness you get from it

>Tinnitus prevents me from reading!!! I don't even get it all the time!!!!
My tinnitus is a permanent, 24/7 365 experience and I've never even thought to blame it for my not being able to read because that's retarded and because it doesn't. Turn on a fucking fan or something, sheesh.

Is that the chick from Dara-san?

How loud is it? I've had it as long as I can remember and as long as I have my fan on high, I can't hear it.

1. Introspect intensively
2. Keep a journal
3. See a therapist
4. Talk to your parents
5. Socialize and get feedback from your environment

To cure this thing you will need to figure out what it is about your life that makes thinking so unbearable that your brain has to produce a constant stream of hallucinatory noise to distract you from it.
Few will accept this. Good luck.
