30 year old mtf here. at the moment i'm going to the gym six days a week, i try to take one rest day but i'll typically be active during it, like today my bf and i didn't go to the gym but we went for a walk in the forest and a nearby town instead. here's my current split:>lower body 2x a week, spaced a few days apart for adequate rest, typically it includes barbell squats, hip thrusts, RDLs, at least one single leg exercise (like walking lunges or bulgarians), leg extension, leg curl and box jumps, sometimes leg press too>upper body 2x a week, i usually include bench press, overhead press, bent over rows, lat pulldowns, pull-ups and a few other exercises that i rotate in and out>usually combine one of these days with an hour-long core lesson from our personal training before the actual lifting, then she trains us afterwards to help with form and stuff>one day dedicated to conventional deadlifts (with like 3-4 proper sets and then i just do a couple of really heavy low rep sets for fun) and core training>one pure cardio day, usually one hour of interval stairmasternext month i'll be going back to HEMA after a break so i'll need to readjust my training a bit since that's three nights a week so i guess a lot of days i'll have double training. i do need to slim down a bit since i've been bulking gradually for months. i'm 176cm and 90kg right now lmao i'm pretty full-figured though, like broad shoulders, busty, full hips and thighs but pretty defined waist. idk what my body fat percentage is but you can see my triceps, back muscles and quads so it can't be that high. i think i'd rather be like 80-85kg though.
>>45179322>i'm 176cm and 90kgI'm 181cm and 69kg but definitely not as buff as you say you are
>>45179408muscle weighs a ton, it's way heavier than fat. most of the people i know who lift seriously are overweight or borderline overweight in BMI terms but a lot of them are still ripped. my longsword instructor is like 195cm and weighs 120kg but is basically just a mountain of muscle, he has a really dense build.
I walk to my car and back maybe like 4 times a day? prob hit like half a kilometre total walking in the day mon-fri?
