I learned from this site from my gf lolShe just broke up with me. It was my first ever relationship. I feel wrecked. I loved her so much. But shes an avoidant. She decided she cant handle a relationship rn. Instead of letting me help her and letting me in she shut me out and she dumped me. Depression sucks. Ive been crying all day im so tired. I dont want anyone else. Its been 1 day and my life already feels so empty without her. How fast does this feeling fade? Ive got multiple important job interviews coming week and rn i cant manage coming out of bed or eating :( my dating history has been utter shit before her so finally meeting a girl i actually like and then getting dumped makes me give up any hope i had left finding love. I also dont want anyone else. I also cant help worrying about her, I know when her mental health gets real bad she can be a danger for herself. If shes shutting everyone out im really worried. She had also notices a few days ago not taking her meds regurarly. She said she dowsnt want to continue rn but maybe later. But when is later? And will she keep dumping me when thing get hard?
I see my last sentances read like gibberish. I meant she stopped taking her anti psychosis meds regurarly. And that she mentioned maybe when shes in better mind she wants to co tinue the relationship.
>>45177832If shes shutting everyone out and is a danger to herself maybe go to her house and check up? Don't make it about the break up though, only go if youre genuinely concerned for her wellbeing. Apart from that, I'm sorry this happened. Breakups are ass
>>45177845She lives far away and idk how to say it in english, but like a protected living space? Its illegal for me to enter there without permission of staff and her. She has people that offer support coming there every day so i hope she asks for help from them. (And no i dont mean a psych ward its like an acttual appartment). It like a living space for peopld that have had youth trauma and need extra guidance living on their own
I would live to visit her rn and hold her in my arms but I dont want to overstep her boundries
