Trans girls, have you gotten SRS or are planning to get it?
    >>
    >>45177772
Was kinda on the fence about it when I was younger, but now I'm planning on getting it someday. I've already told my girlfriend, just need the money so I can actually start doing anything...
    >>
    >>45177772
I'm still thinking on it. I guess it's not as high on my priority list as other things.
    >>
A girl without a penis is like an angel without wings.
    Bless.
    >>
    >>45177772
    no im not retarded
    >>
    >>45177772
I would like to get rib removal and orchi, but ya know surgeries in America $$$
orchi seems less scary than full blown srs, I don't want to be responsible for keeping a wound open for the rest of my life
    >>
    >>45177772
I got it. its pretty nice. Makes it much less stressful to wear tighter fitting clothes or yoga pants or a bathing suit and I don't have to tuck anymore. Plus I can have normal sex.

I'm 3 years post-op with one revision. I got it done with Dr. Bank. The recovery was dreadful, long and painful, but it turned out very well! Dr. Bank was also very nice and reassuring to me. I had a very tiny pp but he worked magic and gave me a decent amount of depth. My boyfriend is very happy with how my cooch looks and thinks it feels great when he pounds me.

I dont know where this "open wound" rumor comes from, its absolutely not true. The closest equivalent is like an ear piercing, its not a wound after a little while, but it will close up if you don't keep using it. Even then its usually not permanently closed.

I dilate like once every 2 weeks and its fine, less often if I'm sleeping with someone.
    >>
    >>45177772
    I dream about it
    >>

    >rib removal

    going to banksy next year
    >>
    Angels removing their wings...
    >>
No because I want to hold down high tier chasers
    >>
    >>45178403
    HAHAHAHAHAHA
this is the most obvious chaser post i've ever seen
    >>
    idk
    >>
    >>45177772
only if i pass, which is never, so no
    >>
    >>45177772
I used to think it was a complete joke of a surgery back when I had money and was more normal several years ago. it has gotten really good over the last 3 years or so, and now I want it so badly
    >>
    Ofcourse.

Its nice to finally get fucked by straight men, i fucking hate chasers, i like going to straight bars, getting drinks bought for me by men, and then getting fucked by them.

And i know they are straight
    >>
    >>45178473
Why do people always call me that :( Im just a straight hsts that transitioned because I find chasers way hotter than gay men
    >>
    >>45177772
i wanna get srs and idk how to start the process or where to go or how im gonna get back home afterwards or if medicaid will even cover it i think i need medicare but idk how to sign up for that
    >>
    >>45177772
Planning yeah. I wanna voicetrain and start girlmoding before booking an appointment but I found someone that apparently has a pretty short waiting time ? So if I don't mess up I should manage to get srs in summer 2028
    >>
    >>45177772
what's the state of it atm?
like: who's good? what methods are good?
i wanted it really bad as a kid, was decidedly non-op for years (as if i had a choice financially lmao), but now i'm in a place where i feel like i wanna save up for it. but idrk what the lay of the land is these days
    >>
    >>45178765
I've heard about acellular dermal matrix srs that could be used to use vaginal tissue for the neovagina, but it's pretty much only theoretical. (The vaginal tissue for srs, not ADM itself)

i also went to dr bank at suporn clinic, but i think i got the least amount of depth ive ever seen anyone get from there (12cm), rip to me T-T had lots of skin and big pp so the outside looks top 5% of trans pussies ive seen online, but something weird with my pelvic anatomy caused small depth i guess. sensation feels amazing though, and i dont even need lube for sex because it gets wet enough. recovery process is grueling and becomes your life, but i noticed a big improvement after 7 months post op and now it just feels like mine. feels ultimately convenient wearing panties or bikini and not having to worry about bulge, and also not having to be in utter fear of running out of medication and being forced detransitioned. overall very satisfied

Let me stick my penis in your SRSussies.
    >>
I'm genuinely curious if it'd be possible to achieve decent looking srs results with heavily scarred genitals. I have extensive deep scarring on the shaft and I don't want to risk it if it'll leave me with poor aesthetics.
    >>
    >>45179269
    5'8

    >>45181565
are you the one with a tiny pp and big vagina or big pp and tiny vagina
    >>
    >>45178000
A piercing isn't even a good comparison because those are fully open wounds until the tunnel scars within. There's not much you can compare to SRS, it's genital origami, the only wound aspect are the initial suture sites and when those heal it's healed.

Dilating is just about muscle training more than anything. I'm over a decade post op and I didn't dilate for a over a year until recently and lost no depth, though it was tight to start it massaged out fine. I also didn't do any kind of penetration in that time because no sex drive. So after some years it seems like dilation is entirely optional, though it probably depends on the technique, I had PI because PPT didn't exist back then.
    >>
got it 9 yrs ago. For context this is like my 3rd day on 4chan so dont think its indicative of the norm here or not. I just like feeling included in things online. Cyber space is pretty lonely. but if we ever did like 2+ people browsing at once like cooping in Halo (yes im old, I did say 9 yrs ago lol) then everyone would be fighting for control because unlike in Halo there's no common direction in just rando browsing.

Anyway i rambled on enough. Yes, 9yrs ago my god am I old. rip.
    >>
Part of the reason why I don't want to transition is the burden of expectation to get SRS when I explicitly don't want it
    >>
    >>45178006
    holy fuck that chinchillas cute
    >>
    >>45178727
thats hot but im just too conservative for that. That sounds exciting and scary but also not great for my self esteem. But also kinda hot...Idk I'm conflicted.

I've never been a person to just dive into things blindly so I'll probably never do this, but good for you it sounds like you enjoy it.
    >>
    >>45177772
    yes, it's alright.
I had 2 operations, srs and a tracheal shave, so I can only judge between those 2
tracheal shave: 10/10 so ez, uncomplicated and felt fantastic to not have it anymore
SRS: 8/10 , at the end of the day it's still pretty great but all the preparation and then the healing process sucked so much omg. Maybe in 10 years I'd rate it 9/10 but it was connected to lots of annoying stuff which have burned themselves into my memory
    >>
    >>45177772
Don't want it. Don't really care about my penis, but don't want major surgery beyond an orchiectomy. I also don't want FFS.
    >>
    >>45182248
big pp, shallow 12cm vagina. outside looks like nicely fat pussy. have outer and inner labia (not all suporn patients are able to get inner if not enough material)
    >>
    >>45177772
i want to get it asap but saving up the money for it is an issue, plus FFS is an even bigger priority
    >>
    >>45182973
my thinking is the taller you are the less pelvic space you have. i think it's related to the hip bones
    >>
    >>45183789
nahh when i was there every other troon was somehow at least 6' kek and pretty sure they all had deeper vags than me. i was surpried being the shortest
    >>
    >>45177772
No, I am avoiding it like the plague. I don't have bottom dysphoria and it would definitely cause me dysphoria to get it. It's the only part of me that doesn't bother me. I occasionally get nightmares about having it done that are as distressing as the ones where I suddenly have grotesque amounts of facial hair or body hair.
    >>
    >>45177772
SRS will always be an abomination
    >>
i will never get the surgery
    >>
question for srsussy owners, have you stopped playing with your ass? what do you prefer now?
