i would like to quit hrt but every time i try i feel too terrible to function a few days after when injection day was supposed to be so i inject again in order to get through the week
can someone who successfully detransed give me advice on how to do this
>>
why would you detrans
>>
>>45176886
it doesnt matter
>>
why would you repost this same stupid thread from yesterday? just to let everyone know that you don't understand how injections work?
>>
>>45176912
because no one gave me a real answer
>>
>>45176921
if you miss a week of injections, you don't go through withdrawal. it isn't heroin. stop repping
>>
>>45176985
it does feel like an actual withdrawal
idk why people say this
i feel like im starting to lose my mind and my heart rate is all over the place and i get fatigued by things that shouldnt fatigue me in the slightest when i skip my injection
>>
>>45177002
why can't it just be a psychological thing since you clearly don't want to rep
>>
>>45177014
its clearly not if it were psychological it'd work the other way around since i want to detrans
>>
>>45177019
I have a better question.
If you want to now detrans, why did you trans in the first place then?
>>
>>45176871
why don't you taper you know the answer/s either try tapering or cold turkey
>>45176985
sudden hormone swings feel bad?
>>
>>45177019
u have no idea how the brain works. obviously not ALL of you wants to detrans or you wouldnt be stuck in this loop, this prolly puts you in a crazy amount of stress/anxiety which could lead to you experiencing physical symptoms and convincing yourself it's because you're withdrawing. You're not letting yourself be free, so you are expressing it all through psychosomatic symptoms.

Just a theory, the mind is powerful dont underestimate
>>
>>45176871
I know the real answer but I won't tell you cause I'd rather you stayed on estrogen. Sorry foid, no refunds.
>>
>>45177135
isnt it obvious
because i am (mildly) dysphoric
for the same reason and a few more i also want to detrans now
>>45177195
tapering is the first thing i tried
by the end of it i was literally bedridden and even went to the ER thinking i was dying so i went back to my usual injection schedule
after that i tried cold turkey but even then i was also not able to stop
>>45177835
i am under a lot of stress and anxiety over this you're totally right but its not psychosomatic
or not most of it, maybe i make it worse but 80% at least is real
>>45177849
:d
>>
Uhh this isnt how injection works, you need some mental help
>>
>>45178259
it literally is
stop gaslighting me
>>
>>45178250
You wouldn't be aware if it was psychosomatic as all the physical symptoms feel real. Missing an injection won't give you withdrawals, at most you'll see changes in your mood and not heart palpitations. I developed an irregular heartbeat from stress so it's possible. Just take it into consideration
>>
>>45178276
Im telling you to go to therapy and do some guided introspection with a mental health professional and not ask on 4chan assuming this isnt some sort of sharty gay-op
>>
>>45178281
>Missing an injection won't give you withdrawals
its not a literal withdrawal but it makes you deeply dysfunctional
fuck everyone gets a little dysfunctional the day before injection day even
why the gaslighting?
>at most you'll see changes in your mood
i get those too i get irritable as fuck and want to cry all the time
like i said it makes me feel insane
>and not heart palpitations
says who?
>>45178285
and what would that do exactly
the therapist doesnt have any insight on this
>>
>>45176871
> an someone who successfully detransed give me advice on how to do this
Never felt uncomfortable to skip an injection for me. It was more uncomfortable to keep taking estrogen. If you experience any “withdrawals” it’s likely placebo.
My advice is to focus on becoming masculine, replace the feminine thoughts
>>
>>45178276
>stop gaslighting me
>saying this on /tttt/
>>
>>45178701
are you a detransitioner or did you troon again after quitting? how long did you take estrogen for? injections or pills/gel?
>>
>>45177195
injecting itself is more of an acute hormone swing than skipping a few days after your would-be injection day
>>
>>45178348
The therapist would be able to deal with your medical anxiety
>>
>>45178881
certainly doesnt feel like it
also the "direction" of the swing is relevant
>>45178889
i recognize that i have a lot of medical anxiety but this isnt it
going off hrt does a number on my body
>>
>>45179030
i suspect you may be placebo'ing yourself if its so short term before you feel bad but one other possibility is you end up with low e and low t at the same time. not sure if there's a better solution than suffer until it stops or injecting t
>>
>>45179532
>but one other possibility is you end up with low e and low t at the same time
which is my point yeah thats obviously what happens
but it takes ages to stop, from my research regaining at least some testicular function takes like three months
how tf do people go through three months where they feel like that? how do they talk about detransitioning so casually? do they have no lives? nothing at all?
>>
Why do you actually want to detransition?
Try to be as clear as possible when answering for your own sake
>>
>>45180531
i have many reasons
>>
>>45180578
I'm genuinely curious now. Do any of your many reasons include you wanting to be a man?
>>
>>45180601
yes
>>
>>45176871
Take enclomiphene it will help wage your balls back up
>>
>>45176899
it’s actually pertinent
>>45177002
this is a psychological response not a physical one. And your delusional hysteria in attempts to justify it as anything but concedes you don’t want help but confirmations in your flawed bias.
>>45179030
>going off hrt for one week has sudden results
No fucking medical observation proves this outside of suspicious psychosomatic responses. You’re refusing to accept reality because it makes you uncomfortable.
>>
>>45180979
so am i fucking crazy? all of these things i feel are not real?
how come ive always felt them right before injection day even when i didnt want to detroon then
