>>45171910traditionally, being a woman means being property to be married off/belonging to a man. in a lot of countries those rules dont really apply as strongly anymore but its still pretty deeply ingrained into the psyche because its how people are nonverbally taught their whole lives. when women go against this its sort of seen as subversive in the sense that it is seen as being a societal dysfunction which should be punished. a lot of people think this way even if they dont directly say so.a lot of that is just internalized by both women and trannies but especially the latter because its easier to be societally dysfunctional (trans) + societally functional (tradwife)than to besocietally dysfunctional (trans) + societally dysfunctional (“independant”)the sexualization aspect will always exist, but it is amplified in media and online as a reflection of people’s internalized behavior and treatment. its just easier to be accepted.
