>>45168858how big is he imagining? there's always going to be an anatomic limit because the implants have to match your natural breast diameter (otherwise there's a higher chance of complications or you'll end up with retarded-looking boobs that sit in your armpits with a huge hongap) but there's still a lot of room for manoeuvre of course. i basically told my surgeon to go big or go home so he went for the biggest size he could implant and i haven't regretted it. the projection is also important and it's most of what makes boobs look big especially when clothed, you're probably gonna want moderate-plus or high profile which is what most women go for. makes you look curvy especially if you have a nice butt too.
