I have a better idea, just make it mandatory for brown "men" trying to enter the first world to get on estrogen. This would be a better solution as it would stop the crimes before they happen at all. Also make if they are unemployed, give them shelter and enough money to survive but also force them to work for free in brothels where they only service white men. This would ensure that they can't be welfare parasites(which is one of the biggest issues with them that op doesn't adress)
