>>451675711. idk. I epilate and the hair thins and grows slower and sparser. Like I epilated my legs last week and they are still soft2. I haven't seen them around. I also use 20% occasionally, but I can't tell if it does anything. salicylic acid + physical exfoliation helps the most in my experience.
