i always thought of myself as a pretty cheery person but recently i think ive realized i have really bad anger issues and i think i always have
i think it just got drowned out by the loneliness and anxiety when i was single. i remember having a lot of temper tantrums as a kid and growing up but i never really thought much of them.
recently really small stuff has been setting me off bad. like i couldnt find my keys so i was 5 minutes late for work and i was kicking and swearing and seething out loud
anyway is there a way to convert these feelings into sadness instead of anger so i can feel fembrained again

Idk look into anger management resources or something

try blaming yourself for every problem and inconvenience, even stuff that’s other people’s fault or completely unfair to you, and decide that the only way you can make it up to the world is by killing yourself
then feel guilty over not killing yourself

that’s how i channel my anger into sadness
