I'm early in my transition and I want to maximize my figure as much as possible bc my face is ngmi. I'd say I'm in decent shape cardio-wise. What type of exercise should I do? How about food? I'm currently 5'11" 160lbs

squats no?

the first three are all good. i wouldn't focus too much on abductors and adductors, the former especially can make your glutes a bit square if you overdo it. OP is better off including some squats (get someone to teach you proper form for the barbell back squat and go deep with as heavy a weight as you can handle for a clean set, it's one of the best exercises), at least one exercise that works one leg at a time (like walking lunges or bulgarian split squats) and potentially a hip hinge exercise like romanian deadlifts but the form is a bit tricky for beginners. i also like box jumps but it's more for building explosive power.

you should train upper too imo, no need to overdo it like you don't need to do super heavy shoulder presses if you don't want to grow them. working chest is good, working lats is good (you'll see a lot of girls in the gym doing lats, it helps create an hourglass shape when combined with glute training) and you can do arms if you want to have nice arms, i just like having visible biceps and triceps but i know it's not for everyone. also you should do both core and conventional deadlifts at least once a week, these are really good for posture and overall lifting performance.

look up bret contres strong curves program. u can easily find a pdf of his book which should be the basis of all ur glute progression. go on bret contres youtube page he has a ton of videos that go into more specific topics. and then to make sure that the exercises ur performing are actually targeting ur glutes u need to make sure ur glute dominant which most people arent cuz they sit all day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SLzX4aKBSQ&t=213s this video is a good introductory to that topic. this guys whole youtube channel is pretty good tbhon.
