How they do not you're thinking about somebody who started puberty and started transitioning during puberty. If you start before puberty you have no male bone structure. I have two girlfriends who I met at the clinic who started when they were 11 years old and they have absolutely no height difference than a normal female. You do have a problem, which may seem contradictory to what I'm saying, in cases were only puberty blockers for available without starting estrogen before normal puberty. In these cases you get long bone growth and they're usually taller, the face bones don't ask you guys in the hip and seriously developed pretty good the voice does not change which is the main positive effect
