To a 24 year old like me who was too big of a retarded coward to do it in time, is it too late for me and I'm locked into either being stuck in this moid body or honmaxing because I'm too old?

just do it

entirely depends on what you actually look like, no way to answer that for everyone. puberty for most males is basically done by 18ish anyway, past that age it's a matter of how your dice rolled. it doesn't mean you don't get more masculine between 18-24 because sex hormones act on you your whole life, but like the base characteristics of your skeletal structure are basically set in stone well before your 20s unless you had a delayed puberty (which a lot of trans people do, of course). the effects of HRT are going to be more or less the same, it's just that some guys get lucky and after puberty they're still pretty boyish, not overly man-shaped, etc so they can still transition and blend in. you probably know better than anyone here whether that applies to you or not.

LMAO I started at 30 and pass. I don't recommend waiting any longer OP, despite having a good result with my transition I still want to die every day because I lost out on my 20s.

I thought passing at that age was impossible. What are your secrets?

Genetics are at play, but I did put a lot of effort into fashion, voice training, mannerism training, and makeup. My thought was that if some drag queens could pass physically through clothes + makeup maxxing alone, then I could too if I also added voice + mannerisms into the mix. It also turns out that most women dont dress very femininely day to day, so strategic use of styles and colors gives me a slight edge, as it automatically primes someone into gendering me correctly (albeit at the cost of standing out a bit more and getting glanced at more often by guys).
