My mom dropped me off when I was 14 and i became homeless for a while until my dad was summoned and claimed me, but then we lived in cheap hotels. Now I own a car, full time employed and have money to blow on whatever I want. It gets better.

I stole food used to sleep in a field that was condemned by the city for having toxic soil. I was homeless for 3 months until I was caught by police and sent to social services until my dad came and got me. But he was technically homeless by that point himself and living in his car. He filed for immediate assistance and they gave us food stamps and vouchers for these hotels that had prostitutes and drugs going on. Eventually I started working as soon as I could, finished high school in 2 years and was out on my own by 17.
