Has anyone else had any issues trying to get WC G10 ultra thin grips installed on a 92fs?

The right side with the trigger bar went on fine. The left side will not sit flush at all.

If I start at the bottom the top sits up, if I start at the top the bottom sits up. Getting kind of pissed off here.

Nvm I got it. My first retta, very boner inducing.

I'm bumping this because you actually posted a real gun that you own and asked a real gun related question which makes this more /k/ than half of the catalog right now.
How do you like the Beretta? I have a 92x and it's been great, really like the feel of the inox grip even though it can look a little funny. I've also got an 85f that I carry frequently.

It was the bushings for the grip screws. Sometimes you'll need to knock down a burr on the edges of the g10

did anything else to it? i purchased a recent threaded barrel model (have an inox for about 15 years now) but i haven't gotten around to installing the LTT TJIAB yet

I tried a 92fs (not this one) at my lgs side by side with a 92xi and I thought I was going to like the xi better because the fs grip is so big but oddly enough the deal breaker for me was the height and upwards angle of the frame mounted safety. Doesn't feel right resting my thumb over it and it doesn't feel right under it either.

I actually haven't gotten around to shooting this yet unfortunately but my other pistol is a $300 ghetto blaster and even out of the box this thing just feels like quality in comparison by every metric. I've got plans for it, one of the first things it will get is a g conversion.

Good to know, I got it on by bending it a bit. I was initially hesitant because I was worried it would crack.

I got a short reach trigger, steel guide rod and Langdon trigger job in a bag coming. I probably should have bought an upgraded model from the start but oh well. I like working on my own stuff anyway. I'll dump a thousand rounds or so before installing the LTT.
Since I'm a dork I'll probably end up buying some samurai edge grips for it too.
