Honest question from a noob: why go for the less popular Cheytac cartridge (most people prefer the .375 Cheytac for its higher BC and less drop)? Furthermore, if you insist on the bigger bullet, why not go for the .416 Barrett, which stays supersonic for an extra 200 yards?

If I remember correctly, his solution was to load his own ammo except projectiles were rape your wallet expensive. So he bought a mini lathe and turned his own solid copper bullets. The more bullets he made, the cheaper it was by volume of solid copper he was ordering.Thats the absolute lunacy of owning a M200. Nevermind you need a range worth actually shooting it on, which, good fucking luck. If you want something fun but stupid, buy a .50 cal. If you want something you can actually do LRPRS, Barret is and has been eating everybody's lunch for like the past 3 years. Get a LRMRAD and a custom barrel if nothing else, its what currently holds the record for longest range shot atm.

You could get a full MRAD deployment kit with the optic for the same money, a TRG-42 or M10, etc. and still be able to sling .33+ diameter shit just with guaranteed accuracy backed by a real company.I get it though if you want the quickscoping gun or have an affinity for it, it's what made me buy a TRG-42.
Barrett MRAD in 300 PRC or even 338 lapua is a much better value, cheytac is a meme gun from the mid 2000s
