wow Hinako is covering Ichikohttps://youtu.be/0U2WVrzLPQsHinako's vocal style is a bit unique compared to the usual covers we get of Ichiko's music, let alone Ichiko herself, but I think she nailed what she was going for. Both are nice and I see myself listening to both versions. Original for comparisonhttps://youtu.be/ms_-qFoABYc

Losing two producers and Shido. Neuron will have more slack to pick up
Last year when I was at dinner, the chef told me that the guy next to me was a president at UMG. Luckily he had already left, or I would have killed him with a hammer.

>>51360052I absolutely loved this EP. Ticked all the boxes for me.
>>51365312Why are they blocking it? How does it work?
>>51365257I never felt Chika being in hiatus. They were still releasing music even after said hiatus lol
>>51365377UMG music videos will often get blocked in US and Canada along with Russia, although I think the reasons are different for Russia. I assume for US and Canada it's just a licensing issue, but hard to say. Videos can definitely be blocked to specific regions. I've ranted about it quite a few times because there's a not insignificant amount of music videos that are blocked for me by default. The albums still work on YouTube Music.
Trooper Salute was great. I'm honestly not fond of those three-man lives, I only got to hear 7 songs from them and I didn't particularly care about other bands there. Sadly it was the last row too. Either way, they were absolutely solid live. I actually prefer it over their recorded songs. Even if it was 7 songs, I got everything I wanted to hear live except for maybe 美人 and 不治. Hopefully one day I get to visit their one-man live too.
>>51365499For some reason I assumed you were going to the one man that's next Saturday. I think it's been sold out for a while. Three man shows are rough it's really the same 2 hour block split three ways. What's the next show on your list?
>>51365504I wish it was. I'm leaving sooner and it was the only option available, though I guess resale tickets might have been an option. I'm going to Caramel Candid tomorrow, that's going to be my last one this time. I also went to NANAOAKARI earlier, it was fun too, in a completely different way though. 4 concerts this trip, I'm rather satisfied.
>>51365518Glad you had a great time. Akari is high up on my list of artists I'd like to see live. Not sure if you are the same anon who has been going to see her in prior years. I think if I lived in Japan I'd be at a venue every week.
I wish I bought a somunui
Caramel candid's concert was a weird experience, I've never seen half of the audience being foreigners. It even included one obnoxious drunk American who made sure to touch every girl present. I knew they went viral on YouTube recently but that was still surprising. Also my ears are ringing so much, I prefer my quieter lives.>>51367187Akari is great, I actually liked her live this year even more than the first one. I feel like she was more energetic this time, I just wish she sang more older songs. And yeah, it was probably me, if it was 2 years ago. I couldn't catch her last year.>>51367250Same. I put my order last day but my proxy decided to fuck me for some reason.
