>>51345449I'd say so, yes. The most common programs I see producers use are FL Studio, Garageband/Logic (ESPECIALLY in the West), and LMMS. There's some outliers, but generally most of the catchy music that becomes a major hit comes from FL Studio with a lot of amateurs using LMMS (I really like some LMMS songs though, it works very well if someone wants to make a chiptune song) and Ghost & Ghost clones using Logic. I've seen some people use PXtone, though never a big producer. I also see a lot of cover artists hyping up Reaper, but it's not really built for actual originals since it comes with very few instruments.

If Jamie ends up being the only Teto producer included, I imagine the reason would be that because she's a western artist, it's much easier to get approval from her compared to if they had to find some way to contact LamazeP for Ochame Kinou/Triple Baka or Masarada for Liar Dancer. Also Miku was a Festival Headliner so she had to have multiple songs since the whole point was to promote the guitar hero mode, Teto is just a regular collab looks like so I doubt they're going to get a ton of songs for her. I mainly make covers, and my primary motivation for doing so initially was both wanting to hear certain vocals be used in certain songs, and wanting more music to listen to even if all that's changed is the vocal and mixing.I haven't used Diffsinger much because it's so slow on my system I can't actively make use of it and I tend to replay the same part over and over again to 'test' my tuning. I know I can get around that issue by tuning with an UTAU first, but I'm unsure how that'd sound if I changed the vocal. Some programs and voicebanks really hate my UTAU tuning style if I'm not careful.
