Yeah the Autumn characters I listed out
I'm guessing you want something more like a scenario (but I'll also toss out some individual character detail ideas) and I'll admit I can't exactly think of any "harvest festival orgies"
My immediate thought is to actually cut it into two orgy scenarios as to not clutter the image trying to fit too many characters in
Think first group since a lot of these characters are Youkai Mountain related setting it somewhere there would be good, maybe at the lakeside of the Wind God's Lake as it seems vaguely far enough away from Moriya Shrine as to not be directly related to the Moriyas while still being a recognisable landmark to indicate location (plus it's a pretty backdrop)
Scenario 1 is more a youkai party that's turned into an orgy (perhaps to gather faith) and features characters like the Akis, Hina (not fall related but related to the Akis in being another YM feral god), Nemuno, Aya, Momiji and I'll toss in Wriggle just to fill out that roster though if you want to ignore Wriggle and put in a more suitable character like Nitori or some mob kappa be my guest
Some details I can think to add; Have the characters be visibly drunk, Aya is being bred by a Wolf Tengu and Momiji is riding a Crow Tengu (specifically I've always wanted to have Momiji try this pose https://sexinfo101.com/positions/doggystyle/inverted-doggy) Nemuno is visibly off away from the main group maybe behind an onbashira pillar doing more intimate sex since her personality isn't suitable for orgy stuff

Scenario 2 is more human oriented somewhere in the outskirts of the village next to a rice field or something I dunno. Characters would include Kokoro, Tsukumo Sisters, Elly, Ringo and Seiran (since Ringo is there) i.e characters who are friendly with humans / can pass as one
The Akis are actually there but they're organising the event (I imagine it was meant to be a small harvest festival and they initially had Kokoro and the Tsukumos booked as performers, Ringo and Seiran for catering and Elly was actually just there as an attendee but has been roped into it) so they're walking around maybe assisting here and there

Didn't know where to fit Luna as I feel like I'd want to have her paired with just the Akis to emphasise the joke of her being the "Fall" Fairy more but she could work in Scenario 1 (Loli-shota sex with a kappa boy) or 2 (another festival attendee that got roped into it so maybe holding hands with Elly or something)

Even this attempt at cutting things down feels like it might end up messy still, don't follow my ideas too closely here use your own discretion

My imagination is that the idea would be to encourage the singles to mingle by pairing them up with a couple to act as an "example" to them. So the couple would stay the same it'd just be the single person pair swapping out to fulfill the speed dating aspect a perfect excuse to make Rika and Farmboy-kun interact with different characters
I like the idea of Rika getting drunk and getting a bit too raunchy with Farmboy-kun (reluctant due to the public setting) and that causing um let's say for example Miyoi and her faceless male partner to start getting raunchy too, encouraged by this bold public display of affection

You have no idea how many headaches that pitot tube was giving me on the IMG2IMGs. That, and the AI continuously misinterpreting the missing/damaged panel under the cockpit as an extra intake. I was getting flashbacks to that frilledback pigeon gen... too low of a denoise to adapt it into my artstyle, but too high to retain the shape of the jet to begin with. Eugh.

I've kind of had the association in my head since Nazrin's reintroduction in the Symposium. The Muenzone, the inexplicably appearing treasure, the detect-- er, dowsing rods - it's a dead ringer. The parallels have only gotten thicker with the later instalments in the series' and especially STALKER2's full-on secret government/manufactured illusions/mind control angle. Though, this applies to Gensokyo as a whole, beyond just Muenzuka.

not concepts per se, but I've noticed that (at least chosenmix) seemed to default to a certain look at times when I've been testing artist tags for a different idea, so I assumed it must be something with the training data not being there (e.g. a non-porn artist more often than not had 'default' labia compared to smut)
so I figured that if an artist has a bunch of "landscape" references, their tag would influence the background in a different way than someone that never draws them

The gist of it was just a 2koma with Narumi lying down with a bikini, and it eventually giving out and ripping. Thing is, I wanted the 2nd image to be the bikini in the process of ripping.

Could be, partly? Hard to tell how well these small elements get trained into a style LORA. Then again, it is trained on my own nonsense, so not inconceivable some of that's percolated as a feature of the style. I know for certain the genital shapes have. I do get duds for nips still, but that's like as not down to poor RNG.
For Eiki up there, it was a full redraw from a vest-closed base, but a combo of see-through_silhouette and no counter-nipple negatives definitely helped the profile view to stay through i2i. Then I coloured over the nipples for somewhat-SFWness, and voila.

Second idea would be a scenario where you're having sex with Seija, Seiga, Tsukasa... an "evil" girl and then Kotohime starts banging on the door saying she's there to take whoever into custody and they go "Hey don't stop~ they're only after me so you'll be safe (well you won't be safe when I bust out later if you leave me blueboxed, so do try to pick up the pace.)" bonus points you can have it escalate to Kotohime kicking the door down (and somehow convey that sinsack-kun is thrusting equally as hard in sync since his life depends on it)

My general workflow, and how I did this:
-t2i (skipped here)
-i2i until I'm happy with the regular image (if I had major changes, I'd do them in paint.net here - eg. Narumi)
-upscale by 2x - doing this before the smaller changes is important
-in paint.net, select areas (you can use fixed size selection to make sure it's a 128x128 divisible space), copy+paste into a new layer (and possible do some hand drawn details/changes), paste into workflow, masked i2i (possibly multiple times), paste back into paint.net replacing the original image
--if details are too small for standard size, even with the image now at 2x, I have part of my workflow capable of 2xing input and .5xing the result. Similarly, don't be scared of doing regular i2i on an image as small as 512x512.
--You want to include enough surrounding stuff to provide context (mainly for angle and style), but you don't need that much
--I use imageCompositeMasked on the output, since otherwise you get encoding-decoding related drift and can't seamlessly paste back into the original
W.r.t. hand drawn details, you don't need to perfectly match your style but it helps if there's less work for the i2i to do - you really want to get the colours right though since it's not good at changing those without high denoise. My style is easy to inpaint into, so you might need to trial and error this.
The 'post' files should all have my comfyui workflow in them.
I prefer to use float range on my i2i's denoise, since often you get some good elements at one strength and others at another, and it means I don't need to think so hard about how strong to denoise it.

You're always very good with doing the alt image sets though this is the first time I had some utility with them cause I liked the shirt up version but thought the cum on her face was a bit too distracting so I used the same technique I use for when I want to trim the dialogue with Reav's gens and just slapped the SFW / attached image version on top of that one and erased to cut out the shirt layer, customised it a little

WD Tagger can get you 75% there for common tags. You're supposed to leave your target concept out of the captions, so that's out of mind. Worst outcome's other concepts will bleed, but if your dataset's large/varied enough that shouldn't be a major risk.

That's definitely the easiest trick to pull off, have a leg or arm hanging off the edge or out the panel while the rest stays inside that kind of thing

Ironically I think in order to even be able to replicate a fraction of WHA's panelling you'd need to have a very thorough understanding of the artform and general artistic principles first before you can coax any decent results of the slopotron. At that point you'd be an actual artist who just can't draw lol

And before you ask: yes, I can imagine AND rotate a 3D apple in my head. Not the issue. Like for this one in specific my issue was "the AI doesnt really recognize the torn clothes tag in this context and I have no idea how I'm gonna draw a bikini mid-rip.
Not gonna lie though, I think you're so good at these inpaints that part of me was sort of hoping you'd know of some eldrich secret to not have to resort to drawing that much... oh well! Suppose the answer really just is hard work whether I like it or not. I used controlnet less than a handful of times but it was only for poses, and lately I've actually found that you can just feed gemini an image of the reference pose, an image of the 2hu, and then say "replace this person with this girl" and you can get a nice baseline for an I2I, provided it's SFW of course. My big problem was that the mask and the generation obviously didn't fully overlap, and while I could erase the parts where the generated background overlapped with it, I couldn't do it where the model was behind it (except the strands of hair up top). You can see it if you look closely at the back of her skirt close to camera, and directly behind her lower back. (The latter I tried to cover up by a left hand, but the gacha was even worse there)
You can also see a seam below her because I forgor SD doesn't need it to be a rectangle and it's the bottom edge of the crop lel

If I overlaid a sketch onto just a landscape, this would not be a problem - though I can imagine something else throwing the coin in the engine. Also it's counterproductive to my goal of being able to snatch a porn photo/frame and use it as reference for the bot to make the same pose but with X/Y

Local anime image gen solutions are fairly lightweight and well optimised. You can do SDXL on as little as 4GB of VRAM, or you can go for a larger model and offload at the cost of time. If you want to use booru tags, one of the SDXL derivatives. WAI-illustrious-SDXL is a common recommend for beginners, as it's trained to be stable and fill in more. If you want natural language, SDXL doesn't do that. Anima does, but it loads slightly over 8GB altogether, so you may end up offloading. Anima tends to produce "better" images in t2i than SDXL, at the tradeoff of requiring more detailed prompts. There are more models, but these are decent entry points.
For interfaces, if you're on Windows and an RTX card, forge-neo is a no-brainer as it sports a wide array of optimisations in a single package and a unified GUI.

Yeah I know, that's what I meant with it being difficult to make the AI "play" them, there aren't really any tags to make her touch her strings like that so I thought the next best thing would be to just have her play something that made her hands move somewhat close to her strings, hence a keyboard (that I hid afterwards).
I did get lucky with her playing her actual skirt strings but that happened exactly ONCE and I could not replicate it.

For example an anon recommended Forge-Neo to you which I really ought to add to the local gen UI section. I also really need to come up with an index of guides for local gen... That said though, I also recommend starting off with WAI as your first model, it's faster than Anima which helps a lot with the trial-and-error process that you're bound to have as you get to grips with things. Some basic pointers:
1) Tag EVERYTHING you want to see. The model can "guess" to a degree through concept association, but providing it with the tag directly reduces the RNG. This can be difficult to start, so consult danbooru's tag wiki as needed.

Common issue, due to how artists do it. You can try to emphasise deep_penetration, omit penis-related tags (because you technically don't want it visible), negative them out or, if all else fails, use a dedicated LORA for the concept. For IL/Noob, artist style is very high priority and can overrule other inputs. So if your source artist is fond of having half the dick hang out, a LORA may in fact be your only solution.

Had a go with moss-image earlier. Nothing worst posting from it, but it basically does what Anima does but more so (by comparison to eg. WAI). Almost worthless for anime-style gens without feeding the result through WAI, its i2i capabilities are non-existent, and its character knowledge is very lacking. However, it's very good at having the things you ask being in the actual places you asked so as a way of creating a sort of baseline without just editing it manually it's alright. Probably won't enter my regular pipeline though.

They are... quite something to behold, but in general shouldn't be too difficult to parse aside some edge cases. There is some project to make the AI coders able to understand the language, but my 8GB card so far has been too small to carry the required context to see if it works as advertized
Also, it will need a reread AND a good system prompt glossary so it doesn't mess up proper nouns (Whale Drink Pavilion and the like)

Been on a small slime/ slimegirl phase lately. Turns out it's quite difficult to wrangle the model to do a good looking slime/slime girl on a solid background.

Also there's astonishingly little touhou slimegirl art. You'd think there'd be more based off of the sheer volume of art there is for the series.

Anyways, nothing particularly special about the circumstances of slime Flan. Had the idea rolling around in my head for a while now as a minor side detail for a story I've been workshopping for the last 10 years .

Eh dialogue was a miss this time for me. Guess I don't got *that* strong of a breeding kink, still it's getting saved. Aside from the wonderfully contrasting bodies, the saliva, the way they're embracing each other is really good (something about Alice reaching over to touch Marisa's stomach like that too) the Double Shirt Lift alone makes this piece, combines the "male character gripping *something* because of the pleasure" along with giving some eyecandy for us as the viewers

To be fair there isn't any actual slimegirls in the series to begin with. I think there was only ever one Touhou fanwork I saw that had a slimegirl in it and it was Imperfect Metamorphosis (which btw I've gone and re-read recently and I'm actually feeling more positive about it now, it has glaring flaws but factor in *when* the story was written and a lot of the issues feel moot, all this is to say Rin Satsuki slime girl porn should be done)

Sort of? Definitely not in the way you'd expect, though. For my main style I just straight-up do nothing. For my simpler style, what usually happens is that the model very stubbornly keeps adding pupils despite me prompting against it, so 90% of the time I end up having to paint over their eyes by hand. Had to do that for the Tenkai gen above, for example. Thing is, when I do that, I usually go the extra mile and paint over the eye highlights as well. Whenever the eye highlights are present, it's either because the original image didn't have any pupils and didn't need correction, or because I thought it looked good with them and didn't want to remove them. Could also just be me being too lazy to remove them, though.
I think more often than not it looks good, so I really ought to try including it in all gens instead of only having it in some or just straight-up painting over it, but honestly I don't think I've got enough... "artistic foresight"?... to add them manually, if that makes sense?

Not in this case, since this was a specific reference to the character in an AU-type setting where it was explicit that this Slime Kogasa was Blue/Teal. If anything I probably would've made it a slightly darker shade so it'd be called as either blue or purple considering the nature of Slimegirls in that setting, but it is what it is.

If you're curious the story/quest was called Montouhoumon. Basically a mix of Monster Girl Quest, Pokemon (obviously, but more specifically the Touhoumon ROMhacks), and Touhou. Also very NSFW. But somehow the setting has still enraptured me enough that I think about it to this day. I suspect it's because it's really just an easy way to be able to write your favorite touhous without having to fully deal with the circumstances they'd come with from the original canon.

Thinking more on this, why not just make it an alt outfit for Rika. I mean preaching to the choir here but one of the things I always felt was underrated about Touhou was having the characters actually wear different outfits quite regularly. This could be her gear for hiking into the woods (maybe to meet with some Yamawaro for business) or maybe for going to Muenzuka to scavenge some gapped over bits of tech.

Well first off I don't think it's a virus I think it could be some sort of damage or tampering with the Noosphere that started around 2013 (when everything felt like it was starting to become shit)
What we're observing and feeling now could be the culmination of that steady spiritual decline. Hopefully this will be the worst of it and Lucky 2027 (for seven has always been considered a lucky and holy number across multiple cultures) will bring us on the start of the rebound. It's not necessary or even something the average person pays attention to, but it does remain one of the simplest genAI tells to spot, when the highlights are asymmetrical or else inconsistent. Might bother you, might not.
