Israel has a department dedicated to "cleaning" Israel's public imagine online that's existed for years. They will pay hot infleuncer girls to fly to Tel Aviv and pretend to be Israeli or just pretend to be there on vacation. They want to paint Israel as a target destination for young hot people, which they hope will in turn attract more people organically who want to be around said young hot people. And it's not just Israel that does this, they're just the most blatant ones doing it on this board. The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia do this all the time too. Japan has been doing this within Japan to try and get people to move to the smaller, non-Tokyo cities.
