Should I get a second hand series s or a ps5 for a 32' 1080p year old LG TV? I guess series s is the obvious choice but I am not entirely sure, I have found a 512gb one with an almost brand new elite controller for 230€

I don't think it's going to be a bad game, I just have absolutely no interest in playing it and I know it's going to dominate every video game discussion for at least a year after it releases. I also think it's setting a bad precedent for games being even more bloated and expensive than they already are, something that's becoming increasingly costly to keep up with. If this marks a trend going forwards for games, I'm out.I supposed I can keep playing older games, but if everyone is talking about GTA6 and nothing else I'll probably be less motivated to play games that only I care about. The Golden Idol series and Obra Dinn are really the only games that have come out somewhat recently that have interested me. I've heard good things about Blue Prince, that's probably next on my list. It's like nobody's making "adult casual" games nowafays, probably because there's no market for it. You either have AAA movie games that are designed for the lowest common denominator, cozy games that treat you like a retard, "hardcore" games that are only fun if you're unemployed and can waste hours mastering the mechanics, or asinine clunky boomer shit that's a pain to play (Grim Fandango is probably in this category). I just want something I can sit down and play for a couple hours a night and feel satisfied.
