Every single western country has stopped or is in the process of stopping visas for Indians. Where can we go for PhD then? Indian PhDs are very low quality because of low stipends and exploitative professors, even in the top universities like IITs.

I think the next destination after USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany have banned Indians is the Netherlands or Norway. After 2-3 years they will also ban Indians. What about UAE, do they have good universities?
