will people on mars still identify as white?
>>
they will identify as orange after 2 generations
>>
Even if a future purely brown race of humanity colonizes Mars, they'll still remember it was whites who got them there.

maybe. depends how strong the martian identity is. maybe they will consider it weird to keep track of your old world heritage.. hmm... sounds familiar
>>
>>225898213
well, cultural consideration would not work in a planetary body such as mars. i mean, the 13 colonies were able to secede from the british empire because they had period-sufficient autarky because of the land. a terraformed mars may be able to sustain itself but otherwise mars will always be bound to earth and rotating colonists. I doubt it'll ever develop a martian identity. now if we colonize the centauri system however...

To cope with low oxygen levels and food shortages, humans will probably need to develop chlorophyll, essentially turning green.
>>
>>225898156
Isn’t musk gonna allow asians up there too? Maybe an indian or two
>>
>>225898853
They should all have their distinct districts for marsians with ethnical background from planet earth coming from country xyz
>>
>>225898156
They will live underground and become piss-yellow from all the solar radiation and mars-dust
>>
>>225898156
It's further from the sun, so you should technically see people getting whiter
>>
>>225898188
Oh shit we either all turn black, all turn red or potentially turn orange
>>
>>225899055
But it has no atmosphere or magnetic field so it has even worse UV radiation. They'll have to live underground and in buildings.
>>
>>225898156
i think that the racism then will be between those born on mars and those come from earth. like colonials and euros back then
>>
>>225899096
There won't be any racism because people from Mars and Earth would rarely interact. Martians wouldn't be able to visit Earth normally due to being adapted to lower gravity.

Whiteness is a fake concept invented by the uncultured global rich. So yes they will still exist.
It won't stop until the west and Russia stops. Humanity won't even reach mars so long as the west and Russia still exist.
>>
>>225899201
So will Russia and the west be the cause of Martian colonization or they’ll prohibit it
>>

Neither of them made any leaps towards conquering space and our technology has reached a hardcap.
All SpaceX and Musk managed to do was give brown nazis a microphone with X and give them the power to make Homer Simpson wear a dress.
NASA is a pet project rather than a serious endeavor. Most US politicians are religious people that don't believe in space. They just want more wars so they can make more money on stocks. Similarly, corporate America wants more wars to sell more stocks.
Humanity won't leave Earth. It's painfully obvious.
