>>225896977Ackshually, it's called Deepavali here. You might get punched in the face if you called it Diwali. The Malaysian Government recently declared and extra 1 day of school holidays to the one day public holiday for Deepavali. Since Deepavali falls on a Sunday, it means Monday is a public holiday. So, kids get Monday and Tuesday as holidays.
