>>225893869We have a Supreme Court. Constitutional Tribunal is a separate institution from it that only deals with the question of "is X constitutional or not", which I believe in the US is the task of american Supreme Court.

i just saw a clip of the president going through a crowd and going "excuse me, excuse me going through" and one of the people in the crowd was a new constitutional court judge and they called it assault, holy shit it's a comedy from both sides
