>>225868279Porqué ya estoy aprendiendo el francés y el español. No tengo más espacio en mi cerebro por aprender una otra lengua iberorromance. Desculpa.
Romance languages are overrated
>>225868279because it sounds like a Slav speaking Spanish
>>225868472That’s based tho.
My friend is learning it right now. She'll move to Recife and have rape your men.
>>225868279Well Brazilians can't speak Portuguese. You should learn it.Start with properly pronoucing your country. There is no U in Brazil. Also stop addressing everyone like they are your superior. You aren't slaves anymore.
>why don't you learn the language spoken by of one of the most retarded, obnoxious and insecure groups on the internet?
for what purpose?
>>225868472This is true for European Portuguese, but Brazilian Portuguese doesn't sound Slavic at all
tou fazendo isso>>225869237to call them macacos on internet
>>225868892Using você is perfectly fine, just as using usted is in Spanish. L vocalization is the standard pronunciation here, there's nothing wrong with that
>>225868279what would i do with portuguese?
>>225868892Your sisters will be raped my muslims and their grandchildren will live in a generation with no welfarestate whatsoever.
>>225870294I can’t remember but Brazilians use a gente instead of nos or maybe I’m misremembering
>>225870803A gente is about as common as nós where I live, if not a little more so. Poor people tend to use a different grammar, they’ve come up with "nói", treating it as a singular form
>>225870294I use tu/tua and vós/vossa even if every single person around me does not. Fuck you illiterate idiots
>>225870803Only imbecils use both vo(ssa mer)cê and a gent(ch)e; fuck'em. It's the same with you and thou, even I, an ESL fucker, know that a respectable gentleman must say thou/thee/thine, but the masses are beyond salvation.
>>225870469because our songs are pure poetryhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRBu_RLBt1A
>>225871356That's how people speak in the north, but it's not considered the national standard. The educated norm favors você. People in the south and northeast use tu as well, but use it with incorrect verb conjugations
>>225871647the "educated" norm"você"can't conjugateI hate it here, man; get me out.
>>225871742It is what it is. I wish things were standardized and centralized, but unfortunately Portuguese doesn’t really work that way
>>225872043If we had a stricter standard they'd standardize "eu/voce/o senhor/a gente/voces" and I'd pull the remaining of my hair out while screaming at the clouds.
>>225872154>eu/voce/o senhor/a gente/vocesThe standard should prioritize efficiency, at least as far as I'm concerned. It wouldn't be anything like that. Honestly, we'd be better off just copying the Lisbon standard, except for the way they pronounce certain diphthongs and a few other oddities. But it's all wishful thinking anyway. We'll never get a decent conservative government that actually cares enough to reform the language, and even if we did, getting everyone on board with a unified standard would be incredibly difficult. This country is simply too big. You'd have to centralize the media even more just to keep regional dialects from emerging. I've already given up on this language, to be honest
