I worked out the statistics. Before getting even one reply from a job (which I ultimately got rejected from) after applying to 60+ different positions, I got
>accepted into 15 different universities
>got matched with 12 girls from tinder and got dates too
It is statistically harder and rarer to get a job than to enter a good university or get a girlfriend. Wtf!!!!!!!
>>
Ask your friend and family for a job. Or at least an interview.
>>
>>225712986
They’re useless and don’t tell shit or know anything.
>>
>>225712937
It isn't hard to get a job though
>>
>>225713016
Maybe in your country, but over here what I mean is a proper skilled job, not selling random shit on the street which has no safety net, no proper pay, no anything, and nothing to add on your resume
>>
>>225713001
In here, we have an epidemic of NEET sons killing their family.

I can get a new job in matter of days as a land surveyor and I won't even have to do any initiative past publishing my resume

How much to steppe herders pay for land survailence?

It's only in the third world where jobs are impossible to get because even sweeping floors here now require a degree

It depends on the job, there are plenty of Italian farmers who would give you 2 euros an hour to pick tomatoes or do the grape harvest

Dropshipmaxxing on Lazada

>>225713151
I get $2942 a month (by official rate) but because I work 2/2 my actual salary is half of that.
>>
>>225713060
They gave me an apartment for free to live till I get on my own feet properly so I don’t hate them

I’m a STEM graduate I won’t be picking fruit for a living and I shouldn’t take those jobs anyways they’re for people who didn’t have the privilege to get a degree
>>
>>225713176
what is that in real rate?
and how much is that after tax?
Also what does 2/2 mean? Why do you get half for that? Can you live on such peanuts in Pidorland?
>>
>>225713196
I have no idea what's the real rate I wrote it in dollars to make it convenient for you to read

I guess it's because the economy sucks
few places that need skilled labor (e.g STEM)
many candidates

HR make hiring process extremely selective, requiring 3+ or 5+ years experience and knowing 50 different things
so much so that it isn't realistic to pass it without tampering with your resume (which has some serious consequences of its own, mind you)
>>
Actually answer is that it's practically impossible for 50% of a countries population to work Desk/Skilled Trade jobs but it's the direction things are heading

Overeducation is an unpopular problem for governments to tackle because the only way to fix it is to practically either have an education system that shoves kids into unskilled jobs at youth or a caste System
>>

Idk brother should I lie? But I don’t lie, I’m always honest I only exactly tell what I’m skilled at, and my experience. I think it’s not smart to lie about things you clearly haven’t done but I’m learning the art of selling myself basically trying to come across as hyper competent with what I have
>>
I remember struggling with this when I was 18 and it was just because they know you're going to leave.

I tried at least 25 places and couldn't get a job, the 1st (no exaggeration) time I left my education out and acted like I wasn't going to uni in a few months I got a job at a supermarket. When exam results came out I acted surprised they were better than expected and the manager crashed out about me misleading them.

At least in the west, getting a basic min wage if you are even vaguely functional or an average professional job after going to a good university is very easy. Do not worry.
>>
>>225714505
I guess so, but I’m assuming in developed countries trade might pay well? In a country like mine if you’re entering trade you’re basically entering a life of poverty
>>
>>225714537
In developed countries, you wanna be a plumber you need a 2 years certificate and going to jail even once cuts you off from any non construction trade jobs

It's a process that happens when enough of the population is educated and being willing to work with your hands while being smarter than a retard is rare enough that you can negotiate a lavish salary
>>
>>225714308
Plug your leakage
>>
>>225714527
What should I do brother, pursue masters? I think I’ll have a higher chance then
>>225714598
Its sad and here because of aging population many MNCs and skipping over Thailand and going to Malaysia, Indo, or Vietnam meaning even lesser job openings for me
>>
>>225714705
Sorry I missed your post, I thought you were in high school. At least in west/developed world it genuinely isn't hard to get a basic professional job. Education is not the answer unless it's something truly useful at a good university.

The only way it will be an education issue is if it's a genuinely crap (not a bit below average, but clearly) university and a meme subject which does not sound like it is the case. If this is not the case, then there will be something really wrong you're doing. Applying to jobs not qualified for, being an autismo in interview or doing some other thing which will cause a red flag.

It might be a bit uncomfortable, but you just need to be honest about what the issue is and change. It also might just be far harder in Thailand, but Thailand is not a super poor country or anything so I'm doubtful of this but not certain.

>>225714811
I have a background in Biomedical sciences, do I do a masters in like pharmaceuticals and enter something meaningful and hands on like QA? I feel like this is the only way

Obtain a skill, any skill. Most applicants here have zero skills in anything and have a driving licence at most.
I applied for an entry level job and went ahead of everyone else just because I've driven tractors in the past. (the job partly involved driving loaders so tractor driving was considered something)

Modern job hunting experience is destroyed. Torn. In tatters.
Employers have to automate the process to stop all the scam applications, which makes applicants try and fit into a keywork mold. Aplicants have started using AI to automate the process and employers using AI as a filter for it.

Nobody is being genuine because nobody can afford to be genuine. And it all started because a good number of disengenuous peopple from a certain region of the world became obsessed with moving abroad and escaping their nightmare country.

I hate to tell you this but Thailand is literally being watched closely by the entire world right now because it's the first "got old before getting rich" country

You are part of a historical phenomen nigga, imagine being a European in the Black Plague, that's what you are right now

This is a neo-feudal country. If you are not a wagie or a laborer, you are not supposed to get a job. You live off family patronage until you inherit and then use the wealth to fund whatever you want.
>>
>>225717946
that already happened here bro. we are old and not rich
