I wish i could draw. I hate myself because i can't draw and i don't know how i'm supposed to learn how to draw. It makes me very sad every day :(

It will take many hours, but if you don't have enough time, dedicate yourself to making small sketches or doodles every half hour when you're inspired or focused. It will take years, and find your drawing style. If you feel lazy, keep drawing, and if you're tired, consider taking a break. I feel like I'm missing out on some facet of the human experience because I don't know how to draw. I don't mean how to draw well, I mean how to draw at all. I didn't draw as a kid because I couldn't figure out how to approach it. I eventually figured out how to copy drawings and reproduce symbols, but that seems like an entirely separate skill to me from drawing an actual subject.
