It's been forever since we've had one of these!Theme: Heat, SummerRules:>Claim a tile next to an existing tile>Draw the tile and post it >Make sure your tile aligns with the adjacent tiles>Tile dimension: 200x200 pixels>No AI Starting on tiles F1 and A8.Build on what others drew, be creative and have fun!

>>8017025Awesome, I didn't expect there to be a contribution so fast. Thanks for kicking things off!
>>8017025I hope more people add onto this map. It's fine if it fails, but it would be a bit of a shame since these maps can be really fun.
Ill try and get a panel this week
>>8018086Great! When you're doing it, don't forget to post which one you're doing, so two people accidentally don't work on the same one.
>>8016970That's funny! In a couple of weeks, I was gonna revive last years, half finished map. Just in time for Fall.I'm just gonna leave it here now, in case somebody feels like adding to it. Is that okay with you OP? I don't want to clog up the catalog, with multiple map threads.Theme:>Autumn, Halloween Map special:>NO BLUE colors allowed! Sorry caeruleaphilesRules:>Claim a tile next to an existing tile>Draw the tile and post it >Make sure your tile aligns with the adjacent tiles>Tile dimension: 200x200 pixels>No AI One of the better ones IMO. Would love to see more of peoples ideas. You can see the progress of the map here> warosu.org/ic/thread/7743199#p7867837>>8018086I'll also be coming back later to contribute. Can't get enough of these.
>>8018104Sure, why not. It will be a bit chaotic if both maps get going, but at least it will keep the thread alive.
>>8018137Thank you! Two maps contrasting each other. I think it will end up fun. Maybe artist will be generous and leave a drawing in both.

How do you people get so good at pixel art
>>8020563I did E2 but im not sure you want to ask me because im beg.
>>8020563other than pixel art just being a different medium where your fundies still apply, you can also just leverage dithering to give it a pixel art look which many people do.
Not sure what to draw. I'm taking suggestions for both maps.
