Honestly, everywhere is pretty bad these days. It all depends what you draw. You got censor rules, banned content, login blocks, image compression, shadowbanning, webp-ing, , etc etc. There is no perfect place.

If you only cared about reaching a 4chan audience, you could make a thread here on /i/ to dump drawings. It takes 1-2 months to completely fall off the board if no one bumps it, so you don't have to be under mega pressure to always post something, you just gotta check back once in a while to make sure its there. High bump limit, 300 or 310 (don't remember).
