Tradition will not save you, nor will religion save you. Neither your church nor denomination will save you. Not one ritual will ever save you.Instead, this is what the Father desires: a heart full of love, eyes that do not condemn, a mouth that speaks what is true, and ears that listen humbly. For this is our law: that you become like Him and follow the example His Son set before you: love, compassion, justice, mercy, faithfulness, humility, and impartiality. In everything, practice these. Pray that your words be rebuked if you are speaking what is false.Tell me: what good is it to follow the law outwardly but inwardly be in rebellion against it? Surely, this has no value?Instead, become the kind of person who follows the law naturally. In this are fulfilled His words: "Make a tree good, and its fruit will be good." Become someone who loves unconditionally, who forgives without limit, someone who gives generously. In this, the law is perfected: that you love your neighbour as yourself.Know this: "The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."The true security of salvation comes from knowing the Father through the Son. Though men call you a heretic, He loves you. Though they condemn you to hell, in that day, may the one who does His will be exalted. This is the Father's will: that you listen to His Son and let His teaching transform you.How can hate remain in love, or falsehood in truth? How can there be pride in humility or partiality in justice? How can there be condemnation in compassion or rebellion in faithfulness? In that day, you will stand naked before His Spirit, and all that is not of Him will burn away. Do not be like the foolish man who built his house on sand, but be like the wise man who built his house on the rock, so that in that day, your whole being won't collapse with a great crash.
There is only one between man and God, and that is Christ.
Blessed is anyone who listens to these words."Whoever accepts anyone I send accepts me; and whoever accepts me accepts the one who sent me."
