I don’t think anyone but the same ‘modern Western conservatives’ cares about these ‘Bolshevik torture-genocide’ stories. And even they only care about knowing that the bad thing their enemy did happened. Details, facts, and veracity are beyond their interest.

How bloody were these wars in general? The jews wore the skins of their enemies and sawed people into pieces (alive), so I don't think that this was a typical war. Genuinely interested if this was an absolute outlier or how common atrocities were back then.
