1. It was the origonal hunter gatherers. The ones that 1st migrated into Europe that had dark skin and hair but interestingly, many had blue eyes. 2. The anatolian farmer migrated in and mixed with them. Many southern europeans have alot if their dna specifically. They had lighter skin although tannish. 3. Then the aryans or proto indo europeans invaded all of europe. Most of them had light skin and darker hair with some having colored eyes. When all of them mixed together it created the europeans of today. Throw in 1000s of years of adaptations for colder weather and yes, you get the modern white look in europeans.
