one big problem of Tegura and also Tsubame herself is that they can't balance the volume. Got a really good set up with Whisper V3 and Gemma 4 12B that works surprisingly well. I can transcribe and translate pretty much everything to a sufficient standard. Its nice to be able to listen to whatever voicework I want and understand whats going on now

Whisper translates in 30 second segments, so the difficult part was figuring out how much context it should take from the last segment considering that it has a tendency to poison itself. For Gemma's translation, giving it at least 10 line chunks at a time has been sufficient.You can do all this in Subtitle Edit as well.
