FL studio became the noob standard because it was so easy to pirate. 140bpm became a stable in some electronic genres for a few years because that was the default BPM it was set to at the time kek (now it's 130 I believe)

This is actually valuable though for any semi-professional "musician" working with FL studio and has sold a few beats or something but it doesn't make enough to buy a license I guess. Also all software should be free so this is never unethical anyways

It's 130 for some templates but the empty project still defaults to 140. I pirated the lastest version recently. I tried switching to reaper and ableton but I just hate the way they do things, FL just makes sense. But I have been pirating it for like 20 years now so I'm just used to it I guess. I don't even create electronic music or rap beats that FL is so known for. I use it for live instrument recordings, mostly hard rock and metal.
