Well that's just terrible, I was hoping to find a good value GPU to upgrade to for Blender rendering.

At this point, is there any reason to spend that much more for an Nvidia GPU instead of getting a more affordable AMD GPU? Is DLSS *that* good that you'd spend over $1,000 more for it?
