Probably need to lose ~10 kg. It's probably more than you thought, we're all fatter than we think until we lose weight and it takes more than we think to look lean. And that's assuming you got abs under the fat. Train your core

Very far away. Like even after losing weight they won't show. You look doughy and completely untrained. Like the kind of guy that stands in the middle of the field during p.e. just slouching like a moron until he gets hit in the head with a ball.
