Many say it's inevitable as you age, however perspective getting fucked up physically at young age is a bit depressing since there are many cases in young people worldwide. Is there any way to reduce risk in significant way beside doing basics like not smoking, drinking? I once heard theory that some spikes in cases are mildly related to things like magnesium deficiency in nearly 60% of global population. Sorry for bothering but sometimes this fear comes back (inb4 if it happens then it happens), especially if you care about your loved ones.

Some plant extracts have relatively high chemotherapeutic activity against various cancer cell lines but no to minimal toxicity for normal cells. Eat enough of the right ones and your ACK rate should plummet. Berberine and sulforaphane are likely the best studied in humans so far, but picrel.

    >Is there to avoid cancer?*
Something bugged, so sorry about the title. I also should ask more about prevention instead of avoidance so there's that. Happy Halloween anons.

no, cancer is statistically guaranteed to eventually happen if you live long enough because there is always a level of inflammation happening somewhere in your body. if you want to increase the chance that you die from old age metabolic failure instead of cancer, then just do your best to minimize inflammation. don't stay in the sun for too long, don't eat too much, get enough sleep, don't be a wagie

Try reading some random epidemiological studies on fruit and vegetable intake correlating with cancer incidence; you'll see there is generally a strong negative correlation, except some recent anomalies with lung cancer. Those sorts of studies might be rather scientifically soft in relying on questionnaires, but they have been replicated countless times and are finding safety and efficacy signals in accidental population-wide chemoprophylaxis.

Lol, wrong just like with biomarker studies. Add on in vitro assays against human cancer cell lines of phytochemicals, and you have three incomplete but complementarily useful data points, allowing me to guess with high certainty that several phytochemicals will be incorporated into various standard-of-care chemotherapy protocols within the next several years.

If we disregard cooking skill issues, are we sure they aren't just suffering from fiber deficiency when they go full ketolard? Desu eating enough fiber has a much bigger ANTI-ass cancer effect than eating meat promotes it.

Heart ACK risk recipe only worth it for titty cancer survivors or those at exceedingly high titty cancer risk; *optimal* estro for moids is ack-shilly around the *high end* of the *bottom quartile* of the reference range, generally achievable easily at just above essential fat.

I have what's know as a classical education anon. Ive read many publications on this subject, and statistically speaking in your Life time 1 in 2 men will die of cancer and 1 in 3 women. Simply put if you make it to old age and avoid a car accident or heart disease our other main killers, all that's left is cancer. We dont have much culling us left, your body Simply gets old and makes a coding error with ripples. Nothing to fear.
    >>
    >>77594166
    >Nothing to fear.
Niqqa ain't seen that moid I hope nobody reposts who had half his face cut off to stop some weird-ass sarcoma thing, or the countless people fading out like picrel pepe in hospice on a fentanyl drip. Consider that there are currently at least tens of thousands of chemotherapy research chemicals out there, and probably at least a few hundred floating around the darkest corners of MDPI that are safe and cheap enough to eat every day.

I think a little bit of fear is rational and can be healthy if it motivates you to make the right prophylactic choices, but getting monthly MRIs isn't.

Anon im a radiologist for fucks sake. If you get colon cancer or mucosal melanoma, blood cancer, there is no chemo for that, you will likely die, and if they save you with colon cancer theyre gonna cut most of it out, and youll spend your days shitting in a bag. I had a 67 year old come in last week, he spent his whole life in boardrooms got into gardening and got skin cancer within 3 years of retirement, why? Becauae youre not supposed to live this long. Think of your cells like a loom, always splitting and expanding, then you get to a certain age and it makes a mistake makes a knot in the thread, thats cancer then that mistake keeps leading to other errors. There's nothing to fear cause if you make it to old age, it likely will happen. You're just an old machine who made an error. Stop throwing away the good time worrying about the inevitable.

the lack of fiber is the bigger problem, but your body has a limited capacity for protein metabolism. the remaining protein ends up being degraded inside your colon and releases inflaming ammonia or hydrogen sulfide. another issue which is specific to mammal meat is that they have neu5gc which directly causes inflammation because your body treats it as a foreign body

    >>77594195
If you wanted a good example of where the standard-of-care chemotherapy (temozolomide monotherapy) is currently very shit-tier, look at glioblastoma multiforme. It works, but not very well, with delayed relapse being almost universally inevitable and fatal, but there are a ton of promising research chemicals out there.
