I’ve stalled out at around a 275lb deadlift, not because I can’t lift more but because I can’t hold more and it slips through my hands. Tips for how to increase grip strength? Do I need to buy one of those squeeze machines?

Chalk up before you even start your warmup sets.

Are you telling me to use a mixed grip while deadlifting or are you making a joke about the webm by saying he’s gripping a mixed woman

    Chalk.

I had this problem and pulled 445 lbs last week, no chalk or wraps. After every deadlift session do farmer's walks, double overhand static holds and reverse static holds. I basically experienced noob gains to my grip strength when I started doing this. Go as slow and controlled as possible during farmer's walks. Do all three after deadlifts/rows until it's hard to open and close your hands. Be careful if you are still lifting afterwards with your hands.

'Static hold' seems to refer to a lot of exercises, I just mean this except without mixed grip, use double overhand. I use a low weight and see how long I can keep it in my fingers. Ideally you set up the rack to catch the barbell and hold it as long as possible until it rolls out of your fingers

Heavy rows, chalk, I assume you're already doing mixed grip and if not you obviously should. If you don't have stubby thumbs you can learn hook grip. I pull 645 on a stiff bar with hooks and it's never been an issue. Not gonna say grip strength will always keep up with pulling strength if you just do enough rows or whatever, but I've never trained grip specifically and got over 500 on DL before switching away from mix grip. Probably something fucky going on with your back training or the way you're gripping the bar if your grip is failing at 275. If you don't care about powerlifting you can always use straps, regardless

Why the hell are women like this? I was texting with this Kurdish girl and out of nowhere she told me she had a fetish for being slapped and hit. Completely killed my interest in her.
