Any reason not to exclusively use this when curling?
>>77593100>Curling with a bar, any barWhy?
>>77593100You can use it exclusively if you rotate the grips to do bicep curls and reverse curls, but also gripping the flat part of the bar every once in a while since that part of your arm gets neglected with a ez bar. What I normally do is reverse curls+bicep super sets with a ez curl bar and then every once in a while I'll do dumbbell preacher curls on my incline bench. You still gotta get dumbbells anyways for hammer curls and lateral raises so but a ez curl bar is definitely a high value accessory and outside of my bench/normal barbell, it's my most used gadget. Curl bar is also great for pullovers, skull crushers, overhead press.
>>77593103You can go much heavier with a bar but dumbbells definitely get the better stretch. I can curl 105lb for reps with my ez bar but can't do 45lb with dumbbells. Also unironically a decent lower back workout if you do like 5 sets of both bicep and reverse curls with heavy weight.

>>77593176Try doing cable pull downs using the 11 shaped attachment and having your arms directly above your head and your elbows facing out

If you already have one, sure, but it's unnecessary if you have a normal barbell.Athlean-X covers this, you essentially want to supinate the forearm, which you can do with multiple equipment..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TGhtatQeag
>>77593207I got very long arms
>>77593100Yeah unless you're a total beginner it would be way too light. At least add plates.
