>weight loss is easy>hungry every morning>have to watch all my friends eat regular sized portions>only allowed one slice of pizza for a meal and have to run off the extra calories >no soda>lifts going down >get cold sweats at 5pm>dinner consists of eggs and beansBut also>weight going down consistently>muscle definition going up>abs coming in>women in the office are miring>self respect coming backWGMI>
>>77591790Every time you're hungry, just drink water with protein powder mixed in. Simple as
>>77592243When im ready to start eating at maintenance that's my plan. My goal is 150 atm.
>>77591790>Eat low protein meals.>am hungry>Feel bad for me because I have self-inflicted suffering on myself.
>>77591790im impressed bro good shit.
>>77592291Thank you. Same here actually. Usually I only make this kind of progress for one month and then its 1lb a week. This is the first time ive been able to reach -2lbs consecutive weeks. It actually feels like i might hit my goal this time>>77592283Just trying to show anons that transformation is possible. Consistent dieting is hard but pays off
>>77591790>intermittent fasting>no sugar>high protein>lotsa low calorie veggies It wasn't that bad
>>77592243Yeah, if you make sure your only available option is as disgusting as whey with water you'll just not eat. Not having the temptation around you makes it easier
>>77592411>Just trying to show anons that transformation is possible. Consistent dieting is hard but pays offHow is that even remotely relevant to what I said
>>77591790I've been stalled at 190 and now 187 for like 3 months. It's actually so hard because at 225 I could eat like a horse and stay steady but now at just 40 lbs less, I basically have to be permanently hungry to lose weight. A single big meal sets me back for days, and whereas I used to eat cookies, chocolate, candy, chips, pastries, bread, ice cream, fruit snacks, juice, etc. now I basically have to cut all that out or eat very sparingly.
>>77592527Yeah the closer you get to your goal the cleaner your diet has to be. Thats why I prefer to eat the calories of my goal weight, so that my body naturally adjusts to the amount of calories needed to reach my goal
>>77592243I have a sodawater maker, I just make a bottle of soda water to sip on, does the job
I went from 250 fatty 0 muscle to 190 chubby with some muscle from summer 25 to summer 26.Just eating clean and high protein. While weight stays the same since, i see my muscles getting bigger and getting leaner. Even tho i have some days where i huff away a cake or pizza, in the grand scheme it doesn't affect me and i don't need to be autistic about nutrition. Just being on track seems to do it for me and keeps me sane. You don't need to get there fast, getting there slowly but surely is the most important.
>>77592429>whey is ickyAnd that is why no one will remember your name, vegan-bitch.
>>77592828The bad thing about whey is usually the artificial flavor and sweeteners. With water it's extra disgusting.
>>77592425Ironically people eat more nutritiously when consuming fewer caloris to cut
>>77593235It's the only sustainable way, goyslop makes you hungry.Or you take ozempic and just eat less slop and get osteoporosis
>>77591790Just get in the habit of skipping breakfast and having a light lunch but heavy dinner. It'll feel natrual after a week.
>>77591790Literally all you need is sufficient protein and electrolytes. I suspect one of the two is off in your case. I'm on a 1100 kcal deficit and I haven't lost strength so far
>>77592243Add some guar gum in it too, makes it easy more filling plus slows digestion to keep you full
>>77593318I add chai seeds, but guar gum also a good fiber add in.
>>77591790>eating carbs while restricting caloriesWon't feel so easy when your metabolism goes down and you regain all the weight.
>>77593729Ive already planned for that. When im done cutting i wont add more food. Ill add protein shakes to supplement the extra calories until my body reaches equilibrium
